 Ethnobotany Evening Exploration
Thursday, June 14, 2018. 6 pm- 8 pm. Native people incorporated plants such as deer's ear root, pine snake, and frog pants in their medicines. Bog-beans and skunk-root were used in tattooing. Join Lee Olson for a fascinating exploration of the ways Native American tribes living in our area utilized plants for food, medicine, and other utilitarian reasons. This program is for people over the age of 12 years.
